the hotel provides complimentary hourly airport transportation. the swimming pool was well maintained and offered towels. the dining area included a live chef, ready to prepare fresh eggs upon request. jaspreet was also very helpful with directions.

the location is really close to the airport. The room had everything I needed for comfort. I found the bed quite comfortable and the bathroom super clean. The efficient air conditioning also allowed me to rest well.
I noticed the room felt a little damp, my clothes remained damp too. That was a slight downside though.

the check-in process was smooth. the staff member, darshan, was very kind (that was a nice welcome). the rooms are quite large. breakfast was delicious, thanks to yuk.
the gym sealing needed some work, as water flowed all over the floor. the maintenance partially fixed it one day. i had to use towels to stop the slippery floor. some mornings i had to get my own cups, utensils, and napkins because the service was very slow.

The location suited my short business trip well. The WiFi performed as I expected. Breakfast offered fresh food and fruit. I appreciated the supermarket close to the hotel.
Check-in took a long time because of limited staff. The receptionist was friendly but slow. Management should add more staff to speed up the process.
